Joshua Goldstein
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Joshua Goldstein is a seasoned real estate investor with a background in acquisitions, development, and asset management, having managed over $750 million in real estate transactions. Before co-founding Green Sea, he founded Evergreen Real Estate Capital and was a Vice President at Edge Principal Advisors, focusing on institutional real estate investments. He also worked at JBG Companies and Morgan Stanley.

Nicholas Fair
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Nicholas Fair has extensive experience in real estate investment, having overseen over $500 million in acquisitions, development, and asset management across the Southeast U.S. Prior to co-founding Green Sea, he was a Vice President at W5 Group, specializing in student housing and build-to-rent investments, and previously worked at Wheelock Street Capital and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments.
